![Since it was posted earlier today - well, now yesterday, technically - I can post this here, yay! :D I did this for abysscountdown, which is a countdown to the European release of Tales of the Abyss for the 3DS on the 25th. The character Guy Cecil, in one of his costume titles. He looks so stylish. x3
I am enamored enough of Guy that I don’t feel like picking apart the picture right now, aha ha ha. Not too much, anyway. The shadow/lighting is a little off in places (and there is shadow missing entirely in one spot, oh shit) but it’s pretty nice! I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of this angle lately - profile with body mostly or completely turned to the side - but it’s pretty interesting as a lighting exercise. I should do it sometime with the main light source being behind the subject.
